The review examines problems of personnel management in today’s organizations. Currently, the issue of personnel management in modern organizations is highly relevant since it is directly related to the optimization of labor. Human resource management is a multidimensional process as human organizational behavior is dependent on many factors which should include both personal characteristics of an individual and those determined by the environment.
