The review considers publications that present theoretical approaches to the sociological understanding and study of artificial intelligence (AI). It is shown that the development of AI technologies is closely interrelated with social phenomena and processes. It is concluded that sociologists can explain how to socialize AI and make it more “human-like”, and sociologists can also show what potential risks and dangers this entails.
