The book under review represents the results of socio-logical research conducted by the Centre for Youth Studies of the Na-tional Research University Higher School of Economics in St. Peters-burg. The research was conducted among youth of four cities (Kazan, Makhachkala, Saint-Petersburg and Ulyanovsk). The complexity and diversity of youth cultural scenes in different regions of contemporary Russia are shown.
