The article offers an analysis of the existing methods for diagnosing organizational culture in modern Russian enterprises. Their advantages and drawbacks are given. As an example, a description is provided of the method of elaborating a questionnaire for the assessment of the organizational culture of Russian companies as carried out in a study conducted by the author of the article.
