Abstract

The article considers the role of organizational culture in the personnel management of Russian organizations on the basis of empirical data. Definitions of the concept of «organizational culture» by both foreign and domestic researchers are given and analyzed. The article emphasizes the awareness of the role of organizational culture among employees of Russian organizations.
