Gender implications of green consumption. (Literature review)

Abstract

The review highlights problems of gender impact on the propensity to green consumption. Particular attention is given to such factors of the gender gap in green consumption as stereotype linking pro-ecological behavior and femininity; value attitudes; the role of salient identity; consumer affective and cognitive involvement.
